1) User guides, USB/Data cables, carry case, accessories and software, if available, will be included but this is NOT guaranteed so please do not place an order if your level of expectation is that these are required.

2) Supported by a full 90 day The Phone Outlet warranty.

I'd stay well away, these phones are horrendously unreliable and that 2 year HTC warranty on a new phone is probably going to come in very handy at some point during your ownership of the device.

I just got my HTC One X and this review http://search4reviews.net/ helped me make up my mind, glad I got it, best phone ive had so far. Not sure id trust a refurb especially on a phone this new, why did the owner only keep it a short time.

Of course htc will likely try and wriggle out of the warranty anyway

Besides still too big

Please be aware

REFURB DOESNT NECESSARILY MEAN REFURB ;)

if you return the phone under the 7 day DSR the company would have to sell it as 'used' but if they check it works and class it 'refurb' it builds confidence that the device is 'as new' ;)

True, doesn't change the fact it's an unreliable device with a 90 day warranty, though.
