A while back, Pocketnow received a list of codenames for future HTC smartphones. The guys initially had some doubts about the document’s legitimacy, but over the past few months they’ve watched phone after phone appear in the wild.
The recent appearance of the quad-core HTC Edge was the straw that broke the camel’s back, and now the list has been revealed in full.
There are 35 names in total, though the source reckons that not all will be used. Some, such as the Runnymede and Bliss, have been renamed before release. Those two became the HTC Sensation XL and HTC Rhyme, respectively.
Ready to check 'em out? Deep breath…
Interesting that the HTC Prime makes an appearance. It first surfaced way back in March alongside the HTC Ignite. They’re both rumoured to be fairly modest Windows Phone 7 handsets, though the HTC Prime has a sexy sliding QWERTY.
Personally, I can’t wait for the HTC Cybertron. The HTC Fit, on the other hand? Not so much.
