Yesterday we heard that images of the quad-core Huawei Ascend D1 Q had leaked, and it’s just one of a handful of goodies the Chinese manufacturer is expected to bring to Mobile World Congress next week.
One of t’others is the Huawei MediaPad 10, successor to the 7in MediaPad, and now we’re hearing that it’s set to launch the day before Mobile World Congress i.e. this Sunday.
Not a great deal is known in terms of Huawei MediaPad 10 specs at this stage, however there are a few things we can gather from the series of shots leaked to Russia’s Hi-Tech Mail.
The Huawei MediaPad 10 appears to have a mostly metallic exterior, with a super-slim build and 8MP camera. It’s also tipped to rock Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) with 3G support and a microSD slot.
We reckon it’s also entirely safe to assume from the name that the Huawei MediaPad 10 will have a – wait for it – 10in display.
If you haven’t seen the ad for the original Huawei MediaPad 7, I insist that you check it out right now. It’s… indescribable.
