The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been in and out of various courtrooms across the globe for what feels likes decades, but in the UK we’ve effectively told Apple to “shut up” and continued selling the device.
Now, the controversial tablet has received a helping of Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) in the United Kingdoms.
That’s the good word according to Sammobile. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 owners in Italy are also said to be enjoying Ice Cream Sandwich.
Specifically, we’re talking the Wi-Fi only model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (or GT-P7510 to its friends), and Android 4.0.4.
Ice Cream Sandwich for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 can be downloaded and installed OTA (Over the Air) or via the lovely (ahem) Samsung KIES.
