ICS & Nexus Prime October 19th in Hong Kong

Well, here we go again, it seems. Google and Samsung have rescheduled the event that was planned for the 11th October in San Diego for the 19th October, in Hong Kong; the first time a Nexus event has been held outside The USA.

As far as I know, this is exactly the same event that was planned for CTIA earlier this week and is still solely for ICS & the Nexus Prime.

Google have added a statue/sculpture of the ICS logo to their garden of Android sculptures, meaning a release is imminent, though we already knew that, just the date was still in question.

Evidence (for you doubters...Treab...:p): via Twitter (follow them, they're incredibly well informed).

For once, we agree on something haha :D. Hopefully (well it's the only thing I can think of), the event on the 27th is then, in fact, for the (hopefully ICS'd), Galaxy Note :D!

Even if Samsung don't, I'd bet quite a lot on XDA doing it instead ;)

I've just looked, it took 2 months from the Nexus S being released, to the first Samsung made 2.3 firmware being available from for the original SGS...I hope they're quicker with ICS to the SGS2...
