Has anyone used Three Intouch?

Has anyone used Three's Intouch service?
I'm a little worried that the indoor signal mightn't be too great where I am. Would be good to know if Intouch is a reliable backup, thanks.

I have. Theoretically, it is quite good. However, everyone i phone is getting a lot of echo their side rendering it useless for me. I have tweeted 3s support page and they ignored me and the guys in store couldn't help at all.

I have tried from different routers and still the same.

I did. It's not bad if you don't have signal indoors. I even used it underground on a tube platform. One thing though it doesn't work on rooted phones ( so no use on 1+1 )

I didn't even know this existed!
My old home had poor indoor signal, i called them and after doing some "troubleshooting" they sent me a "free" signal box that you plugin to you router with an ethernet cable.

Worked great except they decided the issue was resolved 2 months later, and issued 30 days notice to return the box or i'd have to pay £110 for it (Granted they did give me free post packaging for it). I could have argued but the signal had improved marginally so i sent it back.

My Point, give them a call and explain your situation, they'll probably offer you one of these boxes
