Sorry have to ask. Have you considered the hundreds of alternatives out there? The iPhone is poor value for money if you're going to barely use it.

You mean you're a low phone user for the likes of calls and texts? I am too, but when I got my iPhone, I used it A LOT. The apps, games, youtube, lots of other things rather than just texts and calls. If you're going to be going PAYG, consider whether you're going to be using these type of things too, and if you might not be better in the long run by taking out a contract...

I'm a ver low user. Bought the phone on O2 PAYG and use a giffgaff sim. never regretted it, if you're questioning it yourself, maybe an iPod touch is worth looking at. Personally I think its worth it because even though i dont text and call very often i use my iphone 4 for internet and email all the time

Have you heard about giffgaff (O2 network)? For £10 a month PAYG, you can get 250 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited data. There is also a data only goodybag coming soon if that's all you need, then you just pay 4p per text and 8p per minute calls. Get a microsim with £5 free credit. No contract. http://www.giffgaff-sim.co.uk
