Do you think the iPhone 5 will have a bigger screen?

I'm due an upgrade soon and like my iPhone 4, but I want something with a bigger screen. 4.3in is the way to go I feel :)

It's hard to say at this point. It's very unlikely due to the fact that Samsung does not ship any phones bigger than 4 inch. It's likely that Apple will be getting screens from Samsung as they got best ones on the market. It's possible that there a bigger AMOLED from Samsung in the works that will be used in iPhone.
Retina display is really good, but it comes with high price of battery drain. AMOLED is a way to go for Apple.

ctpahhik,
Samsung Galaxy S II has a 4.3'' screen, doesn't it?
I find 3.7 or 4'' better. 4.3'' devices are often awkward cause you need 2 hands for pretty much everything you do. Great for browsing, vids, games etc, but somewhat clumsifying...

Got me here.
Forgot to add that current Galaxy screen has lower resolution than iPhone 4. It's easier to make screen bigger than to increase resolution. Samsung has to make something with higher resolution.

Who makes the qHD screens for HTC Sensation (4.3") and Motorola Atrix (4")?

The 3.5" screen actually put me off buying an iPhone 3GS, but that's just me ;) Size matters right?

@mrew42
Funny how that information has never been disclosed.

Sensation probably made by Sony. S-LCD is Sony's technology.
Atrix does not state which screen it has.
Looking at Ericsson phones they have LED LCD. Very confusing.

How many manufacturers are there? LG, Sony, Samsung. Does Philips make any?

Definitely Sony:
