The Verge have their full iPhone 5 review up. They gave it an 8.8/10 (not that that means a lot to me, as I don't find The Verge very..."good" for want of a better word).

Thought iguy was after personal reviews rather than proper ones. Can't imagine many owners admitting they aren't too impressed though.

I can't see the picture either. I agree, no-one who's spent £530 will admit to having wasted it, they'll be making themselves feel better if nothing more.

I don't think any of the regulars here are getting one (bar Lewis who's having to wait a few weeks).
Tbh, it's just not a compelling upgrade if you currently have a 3GS/HTC Desire or better device.

Tbh, it's just not a compelling upgrade if you currently have a 3GS/HTC Desire or better device.
With Note II in few weeks and LG G talk of being Google phone, there is no compelling reason to rush for iPhone.

I think that's a little unfair. If you have an iPhone 2G or 3G and have spent lots of money on Apps and other iPhone-y stuff, then maybe it makes sense to stay with the iOS platform and get the iPhone 5.
That is the ONLY reason I can think of to buy one though.

Nope, GMaps turn-by-turn is Android only (WP has something similar from Nokia).

I'd rather stay at home than be told to drive off a bridge etc .
