iPhone 5s random reboots

Sometimes the Apple logo comes up on my iPhone 5s for a few seconds as if the phone's rebooting. Tried holding Home and Power to hard reset, but didn't help. Anything else I can try? Anyone else having the same problem?

Well, that is a tough one, especially without additional info.

A lot* of people have issue (a "lot" being relative - what with there being tens of millions of iPhone 5Ss) http://forums.imore.com/ios-7/263115-iphone-5s-sporadically-crashing-apple-logo.html

It appears:

- some have issues because they set up their new 5S from a 5 or 4S backup.
It could be that they backed up stuff that doesn't sit well with the 5S. Once they factory reset and set up their 5S as a new phone, their problems disappeared.

- Some have issues since jailbreaking. That can always happen, especially since not all jailbreak tweaks and apps are perfectly optimised for the 5S's architecture. Or two similar tweaks clash... For that reason I always recommend installing 1 tweak after the other. Try the tweak, reboot, try... Then move on to the next - otherwise you'll never figure out who the culprit is.

c) Some could pinpoint the random reboots to installing a particular app from the Appstore.
Devs are not all scrupulous - some rush updates to make their app compatible with the 5S and iPad Air to appeal to more users. Result - they miss a bug.

If I were you, I'd do a factory reset. Then I'd connect the iPhone in Recovery Mode to iTunes, and to an emergency install - start from scratch.

Oh, lastly: my impression is a frequent source of erroneous behaviour are over-the-air updates.
I no longer EVER update firmwares over the air. Not just iOS. Any device I use - whenever possible I install updates via PC/Mac.

If you have more info, let us know.
