iPhone 6 rumours?

So, what are the iPhone 6 rumours then? 4in display? Slightly faster processor? Thinner? Lighter? ;)

It'll be the 5S. #yay

It'll be called the 5S, it'll have a better SoC, some gimmicky software improvements, a better camera and it'll come with iOS 7.

Basically, it'll be to the 5 what the 3GS was to the 3G and what the 4S was to the 4. Nothing special, yet it'll smash sales records. Humans are f*cking stupid, but we knew that already.

Maybe they were skipping that one. for the 6, ios8 32gb, 64gb and 128gb 4G+

Agree to the above. The pattern emerging is exterior change (3G), spec bump (3GS), exterior change (4), spec bump (4S), exterior change (5)...

I've always wondered why the 2G didn't have a 2GS...it's not like the brain-dead masses would actually care enough about the lack of 3G to not buy the latest iPhone, especially with Jobs still around and spewing his ever present bullsh*t at every possible opportunity.

I'm pretty sure I remember the lack of 3G being a big problem, although you probably are right that Apple lovers would still go out and buy a 2GS anyway.

But back in the day when I used to watch all the Apple presentations, I distinctly remember that when Apple released the 3G model, they did a side-by-side of the iPhone and the iPhone 3G loading up a website in real-time. There was an awkward silence following by some muttering from the audience when the original iPhone took almost a minute to load up one webpage. :p

TBH, I kinda miss Steve Jobs' bullcrap. Without the RDF, the iPhone 5 launch seemed very ordinary.

I know it was a problem, you know it was a problem, I'd put my life savings on any one of the sad f*cks that queue up all night to buy Apple's stuff would happily rationalise away the lack of a basic technology which every other smartphone of the day had (like a video camera...).

Jobs was a master manipulator, a social engineer of the highest grade (some may go as far as to say he had a hint of sociopath about him). He made people believe exactly what he wanted them to, without them knowing that was he wanted them to do. Of course Apple's announcements aren't the same without him, just because Cook dresses like Jobs, he will never be Jobs.
