If I get an iPhone, can I let someone else browse and maybe play a game, but prevent them from accessing my email and facebook etc?

I imagine iPhones are either locked or unlocked, with no in between. Am I correct, or is there a way of letting a friend use certain apps but protecting myself from being fraped! I guess there is the chance that you can have it so you have to manually enter each app's password each time you use it - but have a feeling these are stored in the settings app/section/thingy...

Think there are better ways if you are jailbroken.

Looks like "guided access" can do that, sort of.

Thanks - really appreciate that.
