Italian Court Rules: Mobiles CAN cause Cancer
This will certainly lead to quite a bit of debate and 'ambulance chasing'...
On the plus side: it may lead to some better research.
A court in Italy ruled in favour of a business man who claimed 12 years of up to 6 hours daily on the phone gave him his brain tumour.

In regards to article - bla, bla, bla - well known fact that is not advertized by media. I is well known that it causes cancer, even though it has not been proven. Tell us how to avoid it - don't expect everyone to stop using their phones. Don't see radiation emitted by phone to be going down, but rather staying the same since introduction of wireless - doubt that will change.

Yes.
Another thing: The man used his phone 12-15 years ago - m6 hours/day... those phones were heavy. Plus: at around that same time fixed line devices were mostly wireless digital handsets also...
I'm not dismissive of this verdict, but I haven't come across a study, yet that is fully convincing.
Too many factors and interests.
