iTunes Radio UK not happening?
Still no iTunes Radio on my UK iPhone!
Do you think they're maybe holding off until they launch the proper streaming service i.e the relaunched Beats Music?

I'm sure your suggestion has something to do with it, but also: currently there are massive law suits happening in the USA regarding royalties - the outcome could have a massive impact on how viable streaming services will be in future. I wonder if Apple wait it out. Increases in royalties would obviously impact on pricing.
