That's a shame.
I would really try contacting Vodafone though. Only they can tell you what has actually happened.

rianna, no offence, but what were you trying to achieve with this post? You give 'us' absolutely NO info to work with.
Such as: has BBM ever been working for you etc etc etc etc etc etc....
Sorry, phone Vodafone.
Also: since you posted this in 3 variations all over this site, and each time incompletely, I can't help but wonder if you have explored your phone, BBM, and the necessary setting.
