LG G Flex coming to Europe after all. Well, France, at least

LG G Flex coming to Europe after all. Well, France, at leastIn a perfect example of my brain being absolutely saturated with new stuff, I initially thought this news pertained to the ZTE Grand S Flex. Clearly I need a holiday.

No, what we’re talking about here is the LG G Flex, and while there was no mention of a European release at the smartphone’s end-of-October launch, we’re now hearing it’ll arrive in France fairly soonish.

That’s the word according to an utterly fantastic translation of an official LG G Flex press release, beginning: “LG Electronics bent down Like a true curve smartphone”. Get down, you funky dawgs.

The press release goes on to add that Orange France is “also local time in Paris in the 7th local media”. Yeah, tell us something we don’t know.

However, getting serious for a moment, one thing that seems reasonably clear is the promise that the LG G Flex will become “the main stronghold in the store” for Orange France “from as early as next month”.

With the LG G Flex, our beautiful cousins across the Channel can look forward to a 6in curved display, 2GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, a 13MP rear camera, 3,500mAh battery, and Jelly Bean Android 4.2. Oh, and not forgetting that bizarre-o "self healing" coating on the rear.

Fancy it? LG G Flex price is set at 999,900 Korean won, which converts to roughly £584. Ouch.
