LG G2 UK price: £468, ‘late September’ release?

LG G2 UK price: £468, ‘late September’ release? If you ask us, we’d much rather have an LG G2 than a Moto X, so it’s a good thing the former’s coming to the UK while the latter focuses on the US market.

The first LG G2 UK price estimates are in, and we’re told to keep a spare £468 handy for the flagship’s eventual release.

Expansys is blindly accepting LG G2 pre-orders with nary a mention of price or an expected release date. You can simply 'Pre-order to BE FIRST’.

However, over on Clove, they’re saying it’ll be £468 (including VAT) for the LG G2 in black or white, coming in "late September" and with a modest 16GB internal storage.

Hmm, I thought the LG G2 had 32GB internal storage with 24GB user available?

In any case, worth bearing in mind that the LG G2 doesn’t have a microSD slot.

Other LG G2 specs include a 5.2in 1080p display, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13MP rear camera, and Jelly Bean (Android 4.2.2).

If that all sounds a tad too expensive, remember that the LG G2 is expected to morph into the Google Nexus 5, probably dropping the pricey Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, but ultimately - on the plus side - costing the same as the Google Nexus 4.
