Imagine God, the bearded master creator, were to answer your prayers and grant you one smartphone wish, what would it be? Have a good think; there’s no rush.
If you answered: “nothing too fancy, perhaps just a new Windows Phone handset from LG with decidedly modest specs,” you’re in luck, friend. Meet the LG Miracle.
Lucky Goldstar has been keeping a pretty low profile on the Windows Phone front. Back at the operating system’s launch in October 2010 we met the LG Optimus 7, which was followed by the much-the-same Mango-running Jil Sander thingy at, er, some point.
The LG Miracle isn’t massively different from the LG Optimus 7. Leaked LG Miracle specs include a 4in WVGA NOVA display, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 8GB internal storage and a 5MP camera with 720p video capture.
Oh, and how about NFC support? We recently heard that Windows Phone does indeed support NFC, it's just that no one has implemented it yet.
The rumour mill suspects the LG Miracle will drop at Mobile World Congress in a few weeks. We can barely contain our excitement.
Other rumoured LG attendees for MWC include the LG-P700, LG X3 and the autostereoscopic (sigh) LG CX2.
