Absolute bargain!! especially as cyangenmod has just released a new stable version of gingerbread 2.4.7 which only has fm not working, everything else is perfect.. root it and get the custom rom on now!!!

Android 2.3.7 based, CyanogenMod 7.1 is awesome, it's so fast and smooth, I fully recommend it.
As for this deal, yes it's a good price for this phone, but I'd personally recommend spending a few extra pounds and getting the Atrix, which is superior in pretty much every aspect.
