Now £27 cheaper than the Jil Sanders phone I bought 2 months ago. =/

Will work well for a back up phone tho.

Yes, there's no arguing - for that money it's a good backup device.

I dunno for me the G300 is still preferable.

My £6 Samsung E1150i beats them both as a backup phone, just saying.

Out of this and the Nokia, I'd still go for the 710 just due to the maps.

That samsung what you are resorting to til you get the SGS2 back?

matt101101 / MOD  May. 13, 2012 at 18:51

Yeah, I charged it up on Thursday and it's still on 5/5 bars of battery. The idea of using any smartphone as a back-up is truly ridiculous.

And the extra 40% processing power.

@treab

Can the g300 be unlocked via ebay or wherever or does it have to be done by Vodafone?

matt101101 / MOD  May. 14, 2012 at 19:31

Yeah, it can be unlocked by a 3rd party.

Pondlife  May. 14, 2012 at 21:56

Last I read there was someone unlocking the G300 for £5.50 on ebay

Wouldn't surprise me, sounds about right for a cheap phone.
