Big shoe next to little shoe, giant starfish next to tiny starfish, and full-size cupcake next to mini cupcake. You all know what comes next, don’t you?
That’s right! It’s the LG G2 standing next to its little broski, the entirely unofficial but plain for all to see LG G2 mini. As expected, it’s heading to Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 in 11 days.
LG doesn’t mention the G2 mini by name. Well, not exactly, but there’s little room for interpretation when it says on Facebook: “Experience the MINI. Mobile World Congress. 2014-02-24.”
That large phone is clearly the LG G2, so it’s safe to say – yes – that the LG G2 mini is set to launch in Barcelona.
Other rumoured LG G2 mini specs include a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 13MP rear camera. Ok, that doesn’t sound too shabby, I guess.
And looking at the Facebook picture, the LG G2 mini will apparently have LG G2-style rear volume buttons, and – of course – a flash.
MWC 2014 opens its doors on February 24, which is just one week from Monday. The LG G Pro 2 will also be in attendance.
