LG teasing continues with the number 4

LG teasing continues with the number 4Everyone’s second-favourite South Korean manufacturer, LG, incurred a bit of backlash last week when it teased a new series. “What about updates?!” screamed many an LG user.

LG clearly hasn’t been deterred, and the teasing continues, this time with the number 4. For serious.

The latest teasing is suitably vague, and comes in the form of a save the date for this year’s Mobile World Congress.

In particular, it promises “MORE FROM LG”, with the tagline “SEE THE DIFFERENCE”. No need to shout, LG.

There’s also a number 4, looking decidedly conspicuous in the top left corner. That potentially ties in with what we saw last week, with “NEW SERIES WILL BE UNVEILED”. Maybe four new phones? Who knows?

We have to say, considering LG’s L-Style Series (Optimus L3, L5 and L7), we aren’t getting our hopes up for anything particularly earth-shattering.

In any case, LG’s press conference thingy will go down just as soon as Mobile World Congress opens its doors, specifically at 8am on Monday, February 25. Yep, that’s two weeks from today. ‘Citing.

Think 4 new phones is more likely than that preposterous idea Jan ;)

True... and we would have heard about it if LG had doubled their staff ;)
