On winmo and Android I regularly had issues with the HTC clock...wintertime, summertime, wrong location (even though I always always disable location, and set it manually...) I use spb time whenever I use an Android phone.

Proof that Steve Jobs is still alive. His Reality Distortion Field is still breaking competitor's phones.

Yes, but it's not phones fault. Location service will try to identify where you are using cell towers and all it takes is to input tower ID to be in wrong location.
If you have GPS lock, no blue circle around, that would mean something seriously wrong. Towers are often mismatched.
There is "Location Cache" on Market. Every time you use location services your position is logged into phone cache. You can use this app to see where you have been. Don't be surprised, if it shows you have been to China or North Korea.
