MMS message from O2 friend received by email!

A friend on O2 sent an MMS and it arrived by email. I'm not even sure how that's possible! But does that mean my MMS isn't set up right, or hers? I'm with Three Mobile.

Yes, it means your device doesn't have the proper MMS settings. Whenever that happens, the networks send you a link for the media in question. It could also mean that - although you do have MMS settings - the photo is too large by Three's definition.
