Could a Moto G handle a 128GB micro-sd card?

Is there anything to stop a Moto G using a 128GB micro-sd card? The new Moto G with 4G.

Fate? :p

Had a quick browse... seems many people use a 128GB card without problems. While others have issues.
I'd assume most of those with 'issues' haven't formatted their card properly.
But there's no guarantee it'll work.

Buy a 128GB card from Amazon and if it doesn't work just send it back and say it's "faulty". If they ask what's wrong, say you tried it in your phone and it didn't work, but other cards you own work fine, so it must be the card which is faulty. Amazon's customer service is great and they'll give you your money back and you can return it to them for free.

Win, win for you, really.

That said, it'll probably work fine as long as you correctly format it.
