Wow, it’s Motorola mania at the moment. In recent months the US manufacturer has cranked out the Droid Bionic, Motorola Atrix 2, Motorola Defy+ and Motorola RAZR, and here in the UK we finally got the Motorola Pro+.
Last month the QWERTY-rockin’ Droid 4 was leaked, and now Droid Life has gotten its hands on a full spec sheet. It doth soundeth goodeth.
The Droid 4 will have a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4in qHD display, an 8MP camera with 1080p video capture, and a five-row keyboard with the top row dedicated to numbers.
Gingerbread (Android 2.3) will power the Droid 4 initially, but we expect with this being a spanking new handset, and with the whole Googorola thing, Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) is likely.
Over here, the QWERTY Droids have been released as the Milestones. Or at least the first two were; ultimately we never got a Milestone 3. The Droid 4 will run on Verizon’s LTE network in the States, so we won’t get our hopes up…
The spanking new Droid 4 is apparently on course for a wow-that's-soon December 8 release in the US. Sob.
