We’ll happily admit to being just a little terrified when Motorola first announced the return of the Razr last October, but it really hasn’t been too bad.
We’ve already had a variant in the form of the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx, and now we’re hearing that a Motorola Droid Razr HD might be on the cards.
While the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx cranked the battery juice, the Razr HD – as the name quite clearly suggests – would introduce a higher resolution display.
Indeed, there exists a Chinese variant of the Droid Razr with a 720p display, so it’s not too much of a stretch of ye olde imagination.
The tip comes via Picasa and a picture belonging to Vic Yu, Senior Software Engineer and Program Manager at Motorola. The EXIF data reveals a handset called the – yup – Droid Razr HD.
It’s not clear if the Droid Razr HD would make its way to the UK, if indeed it hits the market at all. But, in this crazy HTC One X and One S world, we can’t imagine consumers would be overly fussed either way.
