It’s the question on every Android user’s lips right now: “Where’s my Android Lollipop 5.0 update?” Well, maybe not every Android user. You shouldn’t expect Lollipop if you’re using an ancient HTC Desire HD, for example, but you get the idea.

That’s the good word over on xda-developers, where user ankitsuthar shares a couple of screenshots of a Motorola Moto G Lollipop update alert.
Motorola hasn’t said anything about the supposed Lollipop rollout officially, but the user claims he’s using a first-generation Moto G (the 2013 model) in India.

In other Lollipop update news, it’s All Systems Go for the Google Play Editions of the HTC One M8 and One M7. HTC previously promised to bring Lollipop to the full-flavour One M8 and One M7 before February 2015. Of course, the Google Play Editions have the advantage of running stock Android, so there’s less tinkering involved there.
