If you’ve been keenly following the smartwatch’s progress, you might be interested to hear that it could be on your wrist in just over a month, priced just over £200.
Credit here goes to Le Journal du Geek (allow me to translate: the journal of geek), with credit going to, er, unspecified sources.
They’re saying that the Motorola Moto 360 “devrait être disponible début juillet pour 249€”, which - to you and me - means “should be available in early July for €249”.
Translating that €249 figure directly into David Cameron’s pounds, that just over 200 quid.
The big talking point on the Motorola Moto 360 is its “traditional” circular design, which flies in the face of arguably less attractive alternatives like the Samsung Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo.
Motorola Moto 360 specs remain a mystery for now, though it’s thought to have an AMOLED display with sapphire glass, a choice of leather, metal or plastic straps, and a “secret” feature that might well be some sort of wireless charging.
Assuming this latest rumour is on the money, we should hear more about the Motorola Moto 360’s launch date in the coming weeks.
