More Motorola Razr HD details leaked

More Motorola Razr HD details leakedWe’ve had the Motorola Razr, the Motorola Razr Maxx, and a couple of months ago we heard that an eye-melting Motorola Razr HD might be on the cards. That notion was quickly followed up with a lovely Motorola Razr HD blur-o-shot.

Now we’ve got even more detail, in the form of some leaked pics, together with a dash of benchmarky goodness.

A couple of pictures, leaked to Droid Life, reveal that the Motorola Razr HD’s camera (tipped to weigh in at 13MP) has been centred on the back, and the Kevlar has expanded to protect the full back plate from bullets (not really).

Motorola Razr HD thickness appears to be somewhere between the original Motorola Razr and the Motorola Razr Maxx, the latter – as you know – packing a big fat 3,300mAh battery.

Other Motorola Razr HD specs, implied by NenaMark benchmark results, include a Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, and a resolution of 1196 x 720 (hence the “HD” in the name).

Will we see the Motorola Razr HD in the UK? Well, we got the Motorola Razr Maxx, so there’s every possibility. Stay tooned…

1196 x 720 means onscreen buttons, too.

You gotta love touchscreen phones. Leaking the back makes actually more sense.

Who's looking forward to the EU release date of May 2015?

Don't get me wrong, i love motorola and this phone is great (apart from the onscreen buttons) and will surely get jelly bean and all the updates etc... But it'll be in the US only as we can see by the verizon branding, and it'll be at least 6 months before we hear a release date for the UK, by which time it'll be an outdated pointless purchase at the £500 price point.

If I can just add to that, it'd be pointless importing one too, as VZW are a CDMA network so it wouldn't work over here on our GSM networks anyway.
