Can I move texts from Android to iOS?

Is it possible to move texts from an Android phone to an iPhone? Controversial, I know :p

Not easily. Why don't you read them and then do this => DELETE! :p
Anyhow: the only easy way I know of isn't free: Backuptrans does what you want, but it costs http://www.backuptrans.com/android-sms-to-iphone-transfer.html

Alternatively, you can exports your sms to gmail as emails... How to get them onto your iPhone? No idea... I have been struggling for 10+ years trying to understand why folks need to move sms between phones. Guess I lack a gene....

Oh, also have a look at Moborobo - the "Android iOS manager" which I never heard of until about 40 seconds ago: http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/moborobo-the-most-comprehensive-android-ios-manager-yet-review/

Lastly - is your iOS device jailbreaked?
And how many messages are 'we' talking about?

I agree with Jan, delete them. If you have a few very important (aka sentimental) texts, just store them on the SIM card, they'll then be carried over to your new phone.
