Can music bought on an iPhone be transferred to an Android phone through iTunes?

Can music bought on an iPhone be transferred to an Android phone through iTunes? Thinking of buying a Samsung Galaxy S III but I'd hate to lose all the music I've paid for.

As Jan alludes to, the files are in a directory on the pc/mac can just copy them to S3 or an sd card for the S3

Glad I looked in my media, nearly 60gb of hard drive space in podcasts..

AhmadCentral  Dec. 27, 2012 at 20:59

Talking of hard drive space, I just had a look as well and I've got 350gb of tv shows, 60gb of movies and 24gb of music. Quite surprised I've got that much

Time for a new external HD soon I think

Yeah I could use a new portable drive, was hoping 2tb ones would be available by now.

Same. I'm pretty sure prices have been the same for quite some time now. When's all the new overpriced stuff.coming out? :p

Ooops they are available, but wrong side of £100 at the moment.

Just found this thread, must have missed it earlier.

Both my laptop and Xbox are crying out for new (aka: bigger) HDDs, the Xbox can wait for the 720 though and I have a dream of my laptop being SSD only. My current "SSD + HDD in the disc drive bay" setup is nice, but it'd be great to be able to ditch the HDD all together (though I know it likely won't happen on this HD upgrade cycle :p).

Hope they don't call it 720, but damn straight I'll want much bigger hd on there. Though unlikely to buy in it's infancy anyway.
