is there a network which allows calling lyca mobile (07404) in your inclusive minutes?

When you get free calls to mobiles as part of a package or PAYG allowance, 07404 wasn't recognised as being a Mobile number prefix so wasn't included in the allowance. i.e. it was a chargeable call. Like CPTAHHIK I thought this was an old problem

I think this is an old issue, too. I know my contract includes all "07" numbers, it doesn't specify beyond that, so T-Mob would have a hard time charging for 07404 calls.

T-Mobile are the only network that still do this. All others will let 07404 numbers come out of the inclusive allowance.

That'll teach me to actually read, won't it :p? Good job I don't know anyone on one of these odd networks.
