No there isn't and it's doubtful we'll ever see one. There'll be a new galaxy S3 sometime in Q1 or Q2 of 2012, that might have NFC.

When having my SGS2 repaired the the other week the sales assistant at the Carphone Warehouse told me that the Samsung Rep had told them that I would be able to have the NFC chip retrofitted to my handset. I was dubious of this but when I questioned the fundamentals of it (space within the handset!?) the assistant looked fairly blankly at me...

I think the UK ever seeing an NFC enabled SGS2 is a dream and nothing more. Rumours and speculation of an NFC S2 have been going around since Samsung pulled NFC support off the original S2 specs list in April, unsurprisingly none of there rumours have ever come to fruition.
