Elbert Perez, the indie developer behind Fishing Girl, Impossible Shoota and Nom Nom Worm, has spotted a couple of never-before-heard-of Windows Phone 7 handsets.
They are the Nokia 800 and Acer M310, and both appear on a handset/gaming compatibility list thingy. Absolute Jack Ship is known about the phones, as they simply appear in black and white with no specs or the like to go on.
Indeed, it’s entirely possible that the Nokia 800 and Acer M310 are merely different codenames for phones we have heard about before. The Acer M310 could be the W4, and the Nokia 800 could be the Sea Ray.
The Finns recently changed their naming convention (again) to a simple numeric system; the Nokia 500 is firmly mid-range, while the Nokia 1000 will presumably be the greatest smartphone of all time.
In any case, the more Windows Phone 7 handsets, the better. The current choice of, like, seven, is pretty depressing.
