Is Nokia completely Finnished? Sorry ;)

Seriously, is the Nokia name completely done? For good? No more Nokia phones, ever?

Who knows? But probably not.
There is still a division in Nokia developing mobile software - the Android Z-Launcher, e.g. is developed by Nokia - NOT by the part that MS bought. I think...

Nokia also, afaik, still make accessories that are separate from Microsoft's "Nokia"...

the deal between Nokia and Microsoft prohibits the former from entering the smartphone market until late December 2016. On the other hand, Microsoft can continue to use the Nokia brand on its feature phones for the next 10 years or so

Looks like Nokia have unveiled their very own iPad mini, *cough* ermm, I mean Nokia N1 tablet. So it would appear that the Nokia name is alive and well in some form or another. From what I can gather they're licencing the name out so maybe we'll see some other Nokia branded products in the future.

Yes.
Nokia have seen some changes over the decades... There other business branches frequently changed hands, just to come back in some form.
