The Nokia Lumia 900, or Nokia Ace to use its codename, has been talked about for months and months and months. Indeed, it was widely expected to land alongside the Nokia Lumia 800 back in October. Alas…
Lately it’s been suggested that the Nokia Lumia 900 would land at Mobile World Congress in February, but now we’re hearing it’ll drop at CES 2012 in Vegas next week. And, we’ve got some fresh Nokia Lumia 900 specs to chew on. Mmm.
Of course, going by Nokia’s naming convention, we already know the Lumia 900 is 100 units of goodness better than the Lumia 800. But how does that translate in the real world?
Well, according to Pocketnow, the Nokia Lumia 900 specs include a 4.3in WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, an 8MP camera (with 1080p vid cap, maybes?) and an 1830mAh battery.
As for the Nokia Lumia 900 processor, it’ll be a 1.4GHz affair. You might recall that dual-core Windows Phones aren’t expected to arrive until Windows Phone Apollo drops later in the year.
A recent rumour had suggested that the Nokia Lumia 900 would be launched alongside the all-new Windows Phone Tango, but now we’re hearing Mango.
All eyes on CES 2012.
