The Nokia Lumia 920 may not have quite the same level of PureView camera craziness as the one-of-a-kind 808, but it's the best mainstream Windows Phone offering so far from the camera-loving Finns.
And it's about to get a little better, thanks to a new Nokia update that adds a few new features and addresses some of the weaknesses users have been pointing out.
The update will reportedly fix a glitch some users have been complaining about that saw their Lumia 920 returning blurry images in daylight conditions.
Engadget, one of the first to publicise the issue while testing Nokia's Windows Phone flagship, seems satisfied that the situation is greatly improved with the update, though it still raises concerns over the camera's handling of white balance.
The PR1.1 update will also bring along “stability, LTE and web browsing improvements”, as well as a few OS tweaks from Microsoft's side too.
Nokia has revealed via its US Twitter account that the update should roll out before the end of the month.
