What's the best non-iPhone?

Fancy a change after my iPhone 3GS. What's the best phone that isn't an iPhone! :-D

SGS2 all the way. I love my Samsung to death and wouldn't part with it for love nor money... Every single person who has seen it so far has fallen in love with it!

Okay, so I also have my Nokia E5 as a business phone. That QWERTY keyboard is just unbeatable for emails and texting! 8)

Best?
Subjective to say the least, but current king of the castle is the Samsung Galaxy SII or the HTC Sensation. No doubt someone will arrive shortly to kick me into shape with Blackberry this or Nokia that, even Windows 7 mobile stuff, but on the whole I think this is what you're after.

Samsung Galaxy SII for Android.
Samsung Omnia 7 for Windows.
BB new OS7 phones just showing up.

Have to agree.. I'm neither a Samsung- nor an Android-fan, but very recently I set up a Samsung Galaxy SII for a friend, and I have to say, it's an impressive device. And in numerous ways it beats the competition...
Of course, it always depends on users' needs and wants. An entirely different type of device might be more useful to some. And thus "more better" ;)

I just wanted to comment so that the avatars on the left make a colourful pattern.

Nah just kidding! :p Yup all fine answers. If you'd like to experience an Android phone, the Galaxy S II and the Sensation are currently the best ways to do it. If you'd want to flip over to WP7, I'd suggest waiting for the new models to come out.

yes, agree - WP7 may well become an alternative once the next gen of handsets and Mango are out. Just for now: stay clear ;)
