Is there a number to get through to Three's UK customer service?

Slightly controversial, sorry :p
But is there a number to get straight through to Three's UK-based customer service team?
I'm sorry, but something like customer service (especially concerning technical issues that are difficult to convey at times) should not be outsourced abroad. To me, it says that you don't actually care, you'd rather cut costs than provide first class service.

Contact Three on Twitter. It's out in public and they like to appear helpful.
Here in Ireland you only get Irish-based support if you pop into a Three store or the Carphone Warehouse.

twitter...good call :)
I'm guessing they won't be able to access account specific details since it's all public, but I'll see what they can do!

They'll ask you to DM private details.

There's nothing controversial about wanting decent customer service from someone who you can actually understand, as you say, some technical issues are hard enough to explain without thick accents getting in the way. I reckon Jan's right, Twitter may well be your best bet.

Only way I managed to finally get put through to the UK call centre when I was cancelling, was take the guys name down and tell him if he put me through to anywhere else I would be filing a complaint with his name on it. As I had previously been constantly put through to the wrong department about 10 times each time I called until I hung up.

For Online accounts the only people who can cancel it are in the UK so when they put you through to anyone else they do not do a damn thing.
