i am on O2 blackberry

for a couple of months i had bbm and then when i sent a message it had a big red X next to it, and my friends said i might have to pay £5 and activate it but im not sure what the number is or anything, can someone please help me thank you

That big red x beside a message usually just means that the recipient hasn't received the message - could be their phone is off or out of coverage...

You are not making it clear whether ALL your sent items are marked as undelivered, or just one? Also: if your browser on the BB still works, then your add-on should still be active..

But YES: that add-on IS recurring ;) You don't just pay £5 once. It's monthly
