If you're in a contract with them they usually do it for free. Unless its changed?

If its out of contract or PAYG then matt is right.

Depending on the phone on p&go could be cheaper to look elsewhere for unlock

Ahh, I didn't realise there were different charges for different account. My PAYG iPhone cost £15 to unlock (which they took from my credit).
