O2 network outage compensation

Has anyone spoken to O2 about compensation for the latest outage? I realise it's only 50p worth of downtime for most, but it's the principal goddamnit!

Nuisance yes, but it was only a slight outage, and unless you're a business customer it says in the terms that O2 is not accountable for any loss of service.
