Has the O2 network problem been fully resolved? My signal still seems to come and go...

The problem with O2 is definitely NOT resolved! My network showed NO SERVICE since 11.30pm last night and it is still the same now (21.38pm) that is almost 24 hours without service. I called O2 this morning and they said there was a problem in my area which engineers were aware of, they couldn't tell me when it was resolved. This is disgraceful... Many people rely on their mobile devices for communication as they opt to not have a landline due to the comprehensive packages mobile phone providers now offer ... We will still be charged for the privilege of not being able to use it but should it be the other way round and we owed them... They'd be jumping up and down for their money... Absolutely disgraceful... After 11 years with O2 I think a change of provider is definitely on the cards.... One very unhappy O2 customer.
