Is O2 Refresh worth the money?

Is O2 Refresh worthwhile? I like the idea of upgrading regularly but do you get charged above the odds?

Personally I'd say no.
Get a Sim Only then buy which ever phone you want.

Some phones work out reasonable price (look at the representative example and add the Upfront Cost to Phone Credit to see how much you'd pay for your phone)
iPhone 5S for example
£38p/m £39.99 Upfront with Unlimited Mins/Texts & 1GB Data works out at £519.99 (£20p/m) for the iPhone 5S but £18 for the plan.

If it was iPhone 5S I wanted I'd buy it from Apple for £550 (10 Months 0% Credit) and find a nice Sim Only like Tesco's 1 Month Rolling 750 Mins, 5000 Texts & 2GB Data for £12.50.
