Does anyone use O2?

There is thread with Virgin Mobile discussion - http://www.mobot.net/virgin-mobile_2
I would like to know personal experiences with O2. What's coverage like? Customer service?

I was with o2 for many years but I moved house a couple of years ago, same town and in my home it's abysmal. In actual fact it's got worse as my wife is still with them and call quality is dire with dropouts etc, sms messages failing to send etc.
This is a real pity as everywhere else I go (Essex, East London and the City) it is what I would call superb.
Customer service has been good though not exceptional. Often takes a couple of calls to get through to someone I would call 'helpful'. Oh and they appear to be UK based call centres so no linguistic issues (a-la-T mobile).
In summary other than my indoor signal, I'd rate them as pretty good.

Any other experiences? Assuming that O2 is pretty good as don't see anyone complaining.
