Will I ever get the opportunity to download Lollipop for my Nexus 4 OTA?

Android Lollipop for the Nexus 4 was already rolling out, but - afaik - they stopped that because of a number of serious bugs?

I've read about issues with bugs (mostly regarding the new flashlight feature) but I haven't seen any mention of postponing the update further? I know they "roll out" these updates in batches but I just wonder why that takes so long? And how do they decide who is in these so called batches?

Apparently part 2: it may be a good idea to wait for some bug fixes - Lollipop seems to
play havoc with some users' Nexus devices => https://www.yahoo.com/tech/s/android-lollipop-users-warn-unusable-215905926.html

I guess that means pretty much everyone who is someone in the smartphone world has messed up this year - Apple, HTC, Microsoft/Nokia, and now Google itself... Frankly, I'm very tired of the update nonsense. I still use a Nokia E75 now and again. Yes it's slow. But you know... it does almost everything I 'need'/want to do on a smartphone these days. The firmware is 5 years old... Gravity on it does Twitter better than WP 8.1 or BB10. Slower? Yes. But better.
