orange upgrade problem

when upgrading orange phone and plan online my phone number on old phone was changed 2 days before new phone arrived and now account says The phone number 0********9 is currently managed by 0*********9. You need to upgrade to get full access to all the features of Your Account.
why is this as cannot do anything with account

Start at the beginning, please - I do not understand one thing o_O
However, I have the feeling only Orange customer care can sort that out for you.

The online account needs looking at, you need to speak to CS and they can investigate it for you, they are usually quick fixes but need the systems at Orange to identify the problem to resolve..... One thing I can suggest is ...... Log in using the old number to see if this allows access first.
