"pending availability", would be my guess. If your handset of choice is no longer available, they will probably have to come up with an alternative.
If you consider signing up for an insurance policy for your phone, check first wether you don't already have insurance - some home insurances cover your mobile, and it is obviously a breach of contract to have 2 policies for the same item (in many cases, anyways...)

As Jan says, you don’t always get the same phone back when making an insurance claim. The insurance company will attempt to replace your phone with the same model, but if that’s not possible (say, for example, the phone is discontinued), they’ll offer/use a similar model instead.
