Phone with the longest battery life

Which phone at present has the longest battery life? I'm lucky to get through 12 hours with mine :p

Which UK published a test today and crowned the Samsung Galaxy S4 "smartphone with best battery performance" =>> http://9to5google.com/2013/06/28/samsung-s4-wins-both-fastest-smartphone-and-best-battery-life-in-uk-consumer-groups-tests/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+9to5Google+%289to5+Google+-+Beyond+Good+and+Evil%29

I have some issues with the test, though: The Blackberry Z10 beat the iPhone 5 in some battery-related areas. Now that puts into question how Which set up their test, because in real life there is simply no situation where the Z10 beats the iPhone 5 or any of the 2 dozen or so smartphones I have used in the past 12 months. In plain English: The Z10 sucks battery like there's no tomorrow. Many reviewers and ordinary users agree with me.
I used an iPhone 5 for 3 weeks, both original and jailbreaked, and I got easily through a full day and into the next afternoon. With very very heavy online use, apps experimentation, photo editing and then some.

So there. One problem:
Which used ONE continuous call to measure call time performance. That is plain nonsense.
A 1000 minute call obviously uses a lot less energy than 1000 1-minute calls.

And: they adjusted screen brightness for maximum longevity. Now, while an SGS4 or HTC One is very well legible indoors on 10%, the Z10 isn't. There are literally loading bars/circles that I only noticed when screen brightness was on 100%!

Asleep yet? :D

Anyhoo... Of the current smartphone bunch the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 wipes the floor with all other devices I used in terms of battery life.
